Very easy to apply and a quick response back wirh very clear details of how to set up child benefit payments and when my loan would ben sent to me and how much each week I would pay back and how much I would save untill o am able to take out another loan really great way to get a loan with out getting into any debt and saving money at the same time Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

Acorn provide a great service.

Acorn provide a great service. The customer service is excellent, always receive a prompt response to any queries I send by email and my phonecalls are always answered promptly. I've ever encountered any issues with either loans or savings, my loan repayments have always been structured on an affordable way that helps facilitate my continued saving. The app is really helpful aswell and there's a YouTube channel which clearly explains how to use it. Reviewed on: 11th June 2024

Excellent company

I have found the guys here very easy to speak too and the fact a company actually responds to emails and understands that a deaf person like myself cannot hear on the telephones they are excellent and responds really well and happy to explain things clearly without the usual mumbo jumbo banks offer etc. highly recommended indeed Reviewed on: 11th June 2024
