Since starting acorn insurance there has always been a supportive atmosphere were everyone feels valued. The team is always welcoming, and there's a strong sense of collaboration that makes each day motivating. I appreciate the opportunities acorn has given me to grow and develop my skills, as well as the recognition given for hard work and achievements. Quick to take money but won't give back

I messed up inputting some details (understandable that's my fault ) after realising this i rang and informed them of the mistake and in all fairness they altered my mistake and made it correct with this came a discount what reduced the insurance by 900 after speaking to there adviser we spoke about how I have been over paying for the last 9 months of my policy .was told ill have a phone call back within 72 hours ,in the end I have called them with 30 mins left on the 72 hour they have they denied that any other money isn't refundable but anyone with basic maths and basic accsess to Google can see the blatant error and the amount to be refunded but they are refusing will be taking it further if not resolved Reviewed on: 5th September 2025
