High quality service!

Admiral have been professional insurance providers. Keeping me up to date and informed on my policy. My family have moved their policies over to admiral as well. I can not fault this amazing company. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Terrible experience

I had an accident a year ago and they still have not closed the claim. I was advised that I was not at fault, but they then changed the version. Very hard to get to speak to them. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024

Exceptional

Decent

Online portal stuff actually works and all info is accessible, managed to sort multi-car discount easily which then brought me onto one renewal date instead of juggling too. So overall, not bad by industry standards! Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

Honest and Helpful

I chose Admiral insurance from a compare site for my car insurance because they were the cheapest. However, when the advisor rang me, he honestly told me other ways I could save more money as well as get a home cover. In the end, I think it was quite helpful. . Reviewed on: 28th August 2023

8 Years

Myself and my wife have been with Admiral for 8 years. Every time we've rang to renew they've beaten the cheapest quote. My wife was in a car accident last year and they made the process of claiming very straightforward. Hard to beat. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Happy with them

I haven't had to make a claim via admiral in my year with them however the myadmiral online portal appears to be simple enough to use should I need to in the future. I had to increase my estimated mileage in my first year with them and this was a quick and simple process I could do online and only costed an extra £12 for 3000 more miles added to my estimation. When I called them up with questions regarding buying insurance from them, the customer service rep was helpful and polite, and I got connected fairly quickly so can't fault that. Renewing for a second year, even with a years no claims discount with them, my insurance increased by £200 for a years cover which was not great, while I understand the market has some inflation, this seems a very large increase Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023
