Insurance price keeps rising above inflation, Electric cars have been as a reason for premium increases. Electric cars should be under an insurance only for them to prevent their high costs affecting ICE cars. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Very expensive, every year

Always increasing my premium, every year is the same even with no claims. I try to call them and spent hours waiting in a queue. Very poor, but if you can be bothered to wait for many hours then they will usually drop the price by up to 50%. They prey instead and hope people cannot be bothered to queue. Competitively priced multi-cover of car and home. Needed to ring to ensure best price as separate cover with other companies revealed cheaper car insurance but home insurance was best price for the cover required. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Great customer service, with quick and easy solutions.

Great customer service, with quick and easy solutions. I needed to cancel my insurance as I went travelling, and the customer service was excellent. I called up and they refunded me the amount I hadn't used with no problems. They have been extremely easy to use, give the best prices and I am currently insured with them again.
