Renewal rate not the best.....

Disappointed with my renewal quote for this year. Not as low as expected and took longer to sort than I would have liked! Still a great service however I would expect more as a loyal customer. Reviewed on: 20th August 2015

Multi-car policies the way to go for families

My family currently has three drivers under the age of 25. Therefore we switched all 5 drivers to an admiral multi-car policy. Although the odd person may be paying slightly more than the cheapest quote on an insurance comparison website overall it works out much much cheaper for everyone. The company offers a break down of each drivers cost so splitting the total cost is easy and everyone earns their own no claims bonus. This is a great way to insure young drivers with a reasonably priced fully comprehensive policy, particularly when they are at university and therefore still living at home half the time. Excellend service & value

I have had my car insurance through Admiral for almost 9 years. Admiral always provide excellent customer service, I'm never waiting for an age on hold, they provide amazing value for money and the whole process is seamless and hassle-free from start to finish! Multicar is good but every year you have to fight for a competitive price

The multicar policy is a good way of saving money and they do offer competitive prices. However every year when it comes up for renewal the price goes up even though there has been no claims and we now have another years no claims bonus. So begins hunting around to find a better price then to sit on the phone to them for at least 45minutes whilst they try and get your quote down... It's all very time consuming perhaps they could just give a discount for loyal customers instead of trying to punish those and incentives new customers... Reviewed on: 28th April 2015

Easy to deal with

They were brilliant when my car got written off, sent out a recovery van within an hour and offered me an amount on the phone. They also gave me an extra £200 because I did not need a courtesy car. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

Great customer service and very helpful when putting a claim in.

The service is excellent and you are never on hold for long. The staff are helpful and informative. I am not bombarded with advertising from them and I can access all my documents online. The prices are competitive and can be negotiated. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

Easy to speak to and very helpful

I called Admiral regarding my auto-renewal because I had found a cheaper price elsewhere. The agent I spoke to was very helpful and went through all the options available with me allowing me to tailor my cover a little more and get the price down a little. Great for multiple car insurance.

We purchased multiple car insurance as we have more than one car in the house. It was easy to do over the telephone. The Customer Service operator we spoke was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the extra policies we kept being pushed to purchase on top of the normal insurance that raised our original cover price. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

a great value multi car policy with great coverage

i purchased a multi car policy from admiral as it was a great price and offered great coverage. it enabled me to insure 2 cars on the same policy which gave me an enormous saving compared to insuring the 2 cars seperately. i applied online and found it quick and easy and have not encountered any problems since taking out the policy Reviewed on: 26th March 2015
