Easy to deal with

They were brilliant when my car got written off, sent out a recovery van within an hour and offered me an amount on the phone. They also gave me an extra £200 because I did not need a courtesy car. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

Great customer service and very helpful when putting a claim in.

The service is excellent and you are never on hold for long. The staff are helpful and informative. I am not bombarded with advertising from them and I can access all my documents online. The prices are competitive and can be negotiated. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

Easy to speak to and very helpful

I called Admiral regarding my auto-renewal because I had found a cheaper price elsewhere. The agent I spoke to was very helpful and went through all the options available with me allowing me to tailor my cover a little more and get the price down a little. Great for multiple car insurance.

We purchased multiple car insurance as we have more than one car in the house. It was easy to do over the telephone. The Customer Service operator we spoke was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the extra policies we kept being pushed to purchase on top of the normal insurance that raised our original cover price. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

a great value multi car policy with great coverage

i purchased a multi car policy from admiral as it was a great price and offered great coverage. it enabled me to insure 2 cars on the same policy which gave me an enormous saving compared to insuring the 2 cars seperately. i applied online and found it quick and easy and have not encountered any problems since taking out the policy Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

Brilliant service overall but high renewals!

Stayed with them for two years which is a surprise for me as I tend to switch every year. However they did offer good service. The renewal prices however are very high which is the reason I have now switched this year to QuoteMeHappy which seemed to be 1/2 the renewal price that Admiral offered me. Overall Not bad tho! Great for multicar insurance.

The original and by far the best for multicar insurance. Good customer service, absolutely cracking price for experienced driver and new driver under25, both with own cars. Saved a good few hundred insuring this way and both people are treated separately and gain their own no claims bonus. Works a treat! Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

Great overall experience

very competitive price and excellent policy provided. I have enjoyed being a customer with Admiral. When my policy was up for renewal the quote they sent me was not very competitive so I called them to cancel and they priced matched the cheapest deal I found. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

Absolutely fabulous, recommended highly.

I absolutely adore Admiral car insurance, they're easy to communicate with, they offer an amazing package and cover. Their customer service is out of this world, they're so friendly and prompt with communication. They're reasonably priced and offer a wide range of add ons that come in handy when purchasing insurance. I wouldn't go anywhere else, they make it so easy to be a customer with them, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Admiral are a very reputable company and they're so easily found on car insurance websites, it's easy to search for the best deals and the policies are simple to understand. Whenever I have communicated with Admiral, they've always been efficient in dealing with my query, promptly and politely. They also offer a wide range of methods of communications to suit all aspects of different life.
