Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Competitive pricing and first class customer service

I have been insured with Admiral since I passed my driving test at the age of 17. They continue to provide a competitive price and they are so easy to deal with. I have been with them for 3 years now and each renewal my terms are emailed to me in plenty of time. I recently changed my registration and was able to do this online and get my documents immediately. Great service. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

Really helpful and friendly customer service.

Helpful, informative and a Quality Service

I have received emails and letters if there have been any problems. Also once i rang them it was resolved within 5 minutes. Also Admiral did the best deal for me insurance wise for my car. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021
