Great customer service on the phone

Its quick and easy to talk to someone on the phone. They Always sort out the problem. There's also lots of discounts available when you contact to renew the policy. My insurance has Always gone down rather than up!! Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Exceptional customer service & fair price

The customer service advisor was extremely patient & professional. My first car in UK and the care taken to explain the policy to me was beyond the call. Impressed with the prices, even when changing vehicles

I have been with Admiral for at least ten years now, latterly with Multi cover. The cost is still very competitive, I check each renewal and contact them to price match. Even when changing cars, a licence to print money for some companies, Admiral seem to peg the costs. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Effortless car insurance changes on app

Been a customer for the last 5 years

I used to switch insurance companies every year until I moved to admiral. In the context of the wider market, a phone call every 12 months to keep my premium competitive is far less stress than jumping between companies.
