Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Cheapest deal for all my needs

I had a gap in my driving for a few years and when looking to insure a vehicle I had purchased for commuting, admiral were the best quote for the type of insurance I required. When changing the type of cover and details about the vehicle although the system didn't work effectively, a call handler was most helpful in completing the request, and saving me some money in the process. Upon renewal the second year, I saw my premium half which was a reflection of great value for me and again cheaper than shopping around for much more expensive deals than the first year's cost Reviewed on: 18th August 2023
