Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

So Easy!

This will be my second year with admiral - I have a multicover policy and found that adding my home insurance to my car insurance was easy - renewal was even easier and worked out cheaper to insure both together than my car on its own with another provider Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020

Great Customer Service!

Reachable and polite

The staff is polite . i feel like they are easily reachable in an emergency. There is a land line number for customers to call, though i have never used it. The only issue i have is that there was no discount on my insurance when i chose to use them second year running. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020

Top product at great price

Admiral offer a no fuss quality service at a very competitive price. They have integrity, even their renewal prices are good value. No need to check the comparison sites, I couldn't get a comparable service any cheaper. Peace of mind, piece of cake! Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020
