Excellent customer service and competitive rates.

I have 3 cars on a multi car policy used by 4 people, two of them aged 21 and under. I have found Admiral to be one of the most competitive priced insurance companies, saving myself over a thousand pounds compared to my previous insurer. Great Customer Service

Our family insure all vehicles through Admiral and I phoned to discuss my Daughters renewal. I was expecting a long wait and then a long discussion about the renewal, however the call was answered very quickly and the gentleman I spoke with could not have been more helpful. The renewal was sorted and the whole phone call took only a few minutes. I have phoned Admiral on numerous occasions in the past and they have always been very helpful but in the current circumstances and pressures of Covid-19 I must congratulate Admiral from providing a first class service. Good price for a good cover

It was very easy to take out clver for my car and later add my husband too. The price is great, the customer service is very good, I had some questions about my insurance cover and the customer representatives answered every single one, would recommend this company to anyone! The best company around

I have been with Admiral for a number of years now, for all the reasons detailed below. Polite and friendly staff based in the UK (Wales the friendliest place on earth!) Detailed and transparant cover options with clear payment options (monthly/annual) Always get back to you regarding a quiery Easy online platform to manage your account If I shop around each year to get quotes, I call them and they either match it or offer far superior cover than the cheaper quote. Have a very positive reputation in terms of employment/staff wellbeing etc The fact they gave back £25 for keyworkers such as myself was a lovely gesture! Overall the best insurance company I have ever dealt with and hope to continue to use them for the forseable future, not only for my car insurance but for other products that they offer.
