Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Very Happy

I used to switch insurers every year to get the best deal, but I have been with Admiral of the last 6 year, moving my home insurance over when they started multi cover. We are a 2 car household and had 2 very young drivers when we started with Admiral. I still do the comparisions each year, but if they come out cheaper (often there is little cheaper) I just ring up. Whenever I have phoned the opertives have been responsive and helpful. I was particularly impressed to recieve money back during lockdown for both cars, without even having to ask! Fantastic

We have a multicover with Admiral for home and car insurance. They have been fantastic whenever we have needed to use them. They offered us a cheaper price for using the multicover and made it easy to set up. My partner has also been a key worker and they let him off the excess for his damaged windscreen. Brilliant service all the way through

Fair prices

Admiral gave me a quote that was significantly cheaper than other providers as I live in a large city with sky high premiums! I saved over two grand and I know that admiral will deal with my claim fast and effectively if I do have to make one. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020

Just Fab

Customer service has been fantastic, everything explained simply and straightforward! When my son just passed his test a few years ago, no one could beat Admiral, therefore I have stayed with the fantastic company since!
