Keep coming back to them

Overall Admiral keep offering the best price on the market, good product with a good level of cover. On the occasion you claim they are quick and efficient to handle your claim. The one fly in the ointment is the online/app servicing of your account is poor with continued issues and problems. But overall good product and service. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Easy to deal with and reliable

I have a multi car policy with admiral and have done for quite a lot of years. I look around each renewal as to general cost increases or decreases in car insurance rates and also at some quotes for my cars. Admiral has then without giving away my actual quotes been able to be very competitive. Their initial renewal quotes have varied from very good and needing minimal tweaking to reasonable but their revised quotes when needed have been very good. Cheapest I could find

The only reason I use admiral is that they are the cheapest. Car Insurance has increased above inflation. I have used admiral before and said I wouldn't use them again as every contact with them is another excuse for them to get more money just like Ryan air they scalp at every opportunity. Effective processing, communication and cost effective.

I have chosen to insure my car through Admiral for a number of years and have found them easy to communicate with and cost effective for my needs, particularly when adding home insurance and additional cars - the processing of which was very straightforward and clear.
