Content customer

My only reason for not grading Admiral higher was that the eventual cost took a phone call to achieve. Having reviewed my details and applying all relevant discounts, the cost of insurance was very good. The communication has always been professional but friendly and conducted in the UK. Great price for multi cover

I rang up and gave them the best prices I could find for individually insuring both cars and the house. They were able to pretty much match it with the same level of cover but the convenience of having all the insurance in one place. Call handlers were really nice and patient too. Best price and great customer service

I've been with admiral for a few years and have always found them to be incredibly competitively priced. We've had a few car troubles in the past few years and have had to switch our car. Admiral have been great with handling switch overs and even talking us through our new electric policy. Cannot recommend highly enough Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Easy to sign up, poor communication

I like that it's easy to sign up, renew, and manage online, and that there's a multi-car bonus. But when I needed to claim after a deer emerged from a hedge and ran into my headlamps, it was a mission. I was not told how to handle the process (my first ever insurance claim, I needed much more handholding!). The repair network chose a garage 45 miles away from me, so I had to make very careful arrangements to get the damaged car there! It then took several weeks to get an appointment, and I had to call several numbers to reach several departments to get to the right person to escalate my case. I'll change services when it expires unless it's cheaper to remain. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Enhancing the efficiency of the customer service team, either by expanding it or implementing a more effective call management system, would significantly improve the overall customer experience. Fair settlement on claim for stolen car
