Generous refund during pandemic

I was initially sceptical when I received an email from Admiral stating that I was due a £25 refund due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, I was subsequently delighted to receive said refund straight into my account without having to lift a finger. Excellent Cover

Very quick and easy to deal with on line. Policy benefits are very comprehensive for such a competitive premium compared to what other companies offer for similar premiums. This is my third year with Admiral and I although I check out the other companies each year Admiral always wins hands down for both quality and price. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great choice

When buying a new car which was a new model admiral was clearly a winner as they were the only recognisable insurer who could give me a quote. This has meant that we insured our second car and will probably renew with them at the end of the period. Loyalty rewarded - if asked!

So Admirals renewal quote came through the day after I Bought a new policy. It was still considerably higher than my new policy but when I called to say I was leaving my renewal quote Was magically halved! Therefore had I not called or shipped around I would’ve overpaid for the same policy. Note to admiral - I would increase your rating if you just Quoted me the final price to start with! Absolutely fantastic

I have used admiral since I started driving 2 years ago. They have been absolutely brilliant with any new quotes for a new car and great prices! Even when they made a mistake on a renewal they sorted it out straight away and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience (even though I insisted there was no inconvenience caused) very polite service!
