Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

The lowest insurance prices I have had my first couple years of driving. Brilliant for cheap insurance for first time drivers

I’m starting my second year of driving and second year of insurance with admiral. So far they’ve been absolutely amazing, they came out to install my black box and explained everything to me about how the box works and how to track my progress. My insurance dropped significantly in one year of driving by hundreds of pounds and I couldn’t find prices anywhere else like I have with admiral. I would 100% recommend to everybody, especially for new drivers who are looking for affordable insurance. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Affordable, Good Customer Service

I've been with admiral for nearly 2 years, the deals that they do for multicar are pretty good if you've got other people in the household that drive; over this period I've had 1 or 2 times where I've been unable to pay due to loss of work and covid furlough, the good thing is each time I've been able to contact the customer service team they've advised that you can pay at a later date and it's really helped. Another thing about the insurance quote itself is on the comparethemarket.com site they appear to be one of the lowest price insurance companies there and if you compare the compulsory excess payments to others they actually are the cheapest in terms of having to make a claim. I have actually recommended it to a few friends and when one of them had an accident in his car last year they were really helpful at calming him down and talking through the process. Good service and reasonable prices

As a newly qualified driver, I shopped around for insurance quotes and found Admiral offered the most reasonable around. Customer service has been very good and very efficient, staff are friendly and helpful. Admiral have also been fabulous during the pandemic and even offered a small discount on monthly payments. I would definitely recommend obtaining a quote from Admiral and seeing if they have a policy for you, especially if you’re a new driver! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
