Increasing my payment

Hi, I had a great experience until you increased my payment . Im 56 years old and I have 38 years of driving experience with out any issue. When I moved to UK, your legislation asked me to go and pass driving test, which I did! And now you treat me as a 21 years old driver. Hope that you gonna reconsider your decision. Thank you!! CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE! They hang up!!!
