Awful company

Do not bother with this company, they are awful you have to chase daily if you can get through to anyone. They say they are happy to help but do not help. 1 month after my crash they have done nothing to help me. Reviewed on: 13th April 2023

Car insurance

Will never use this insurance for anything ever again. 5 months after an accident still not had car repaired. Passed from one department to another. Spent hours on phone trying to speak to someone. Never phone back. Don't waste your money use someone else!!!!!! Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Terrible insurance company

I’ve had my policy with admiral for 5 months now, I had an accident 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t issued me with a courtesy car!! It’s absolutely disgusting I’m paying for my policy and still haven’t been issued with a car!! I get through then they put me on hold for over an hour with not a single update the worst insurance provider you could possibly go with wouldn’t recommend what so ever! Reviewed on: 29th March 2023

Credit Help

We wanted to buy a car, but we found out that my credit score was really low to do anything. I had about 10 cards in collections. One was a medical bill I guess. We hired a credit repair agency to assist me with my credit. Within a few weeks, they raised my score to 791, took care of all collection cards and added a seasoned line of credit. How on earth is Admiral car insurance 4.8/5

My first, and definitely the last, claim I will be making through Admiral car insurance is an ongoing disaster. Car is off the road after an accident and I have been on the phone for 3 days with them trying to get them to assign the repair to a garage. Twice already they have assigned it to garages who cannot do the work, they will not give you a courtesy car until the car is assigned for repair and they have no idea how long it will take to find a garage, days, months they couldn't care less. I had to tell them that the garages they assigned rejected the jobs as I decided to phone the garages directly. Totally incompetent and as the titled says, how they have 4.8 /5 is frankly a joke. Worse insurance company ever!

So I've been with Admiral for over 8 years. Never made a claim. Oct/Nov 2022 I made my first claim for a vehicle to be repaired.... and this was the outcome. 1 - My car was not allocated to a garage until 30 Jan 2023! 2 - I had and still have to constantly chase Admiral for an update. 3 - There was a complete disconnect between, Admiral, third party and the garage, no one knew where or what is being done with the car. 4 - You can never get hold of customer services despite the vast about of emails and contact forms I completed. 5 - I just had the vehicle delivered and the engine sounds awful plus a new dent has appeared. 6 - If you have a Landrover, they don't classify Landrover garage as an authorised garage. 7 - I did not get a courtesy vehicle until Jan 2023. 8 - Tried calling Customer Service Centre, guaranteed you're waiting for 1 hour which at that point the call is ended from Admiral. I understand delays may happen but what I don't tolerate is being ignored and not beimg valued as a loyal customers. 8 years! I spent nearly £10,000 of insurance premium to Admiral and this is the service you get back. Is the vehicle fixed? NO Have I contacted Admiral via forms, emails, calls? YES Has anyone contacted me back to fix this? NO This is an absolute nightmare. I would never be with Admiral insurance ever again and I strongly recommend - DO NOT USE ADMIRAL INSURANCE.
