Avoid this insurance company

I had accident a month ago. Still waiting for repair. Called them many times, always waiting at least 40 minutes before I was able to talk to someone.No respond. The worse insurance company I ever had Reviewed on: 12th October 2022

Bad company the worse kind

Never choose

Very bad experience. The worst customer service I have ever seen. I have reported an incident I made with my car that was really small-I regret reporting it now- and I took responsibility even before the third party reports it, if they did at all. I have been chasing the claim department for a month now after the garage they referred me to bounced back the job to them 3 weeks ago. I tried several times on the phone and every time I am put on waiting for 40-60 minutes and then the line drops. I have sent 2 emails and never got a reply. Very cheap company and I never recommend it even if it offers the lowest quote. Stay away, it is a trap. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

Great for young Drivers

Worst insurance provider around!!

Easy and reliable

Have used admiral for a few years, on the whole seem to give me the cheeper quite. Relatively easy to use, easy to make changes to policy on line, and feels trustworthy and reliable. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

Admiral are the worst car insurance company I have ever had in over. 30 years of driving. Drunk driver hit my car on the 1st of October it’s now the 10th of October and no courtesy car they said there’s a shortage and guy on phone only wanted to know about me paying the excess and I wasn’t even in the car at the time of accident they just add to the stress.
