Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Very helpful & understanding

Admiral held my husbands car insurance and when he died, and I had to sort out his insurance, they offered me a quote, maintaining his no claims discount. They also gave me 30 days cover whilst I decided what to do. Their quote was the cheapest and I have stayed with them myself. Reviewed on: 29th August 2022

You don't need a telescope so see Admiral on the top
