Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best insurance

The reason I think admiral is a best insurance is because I’m a learner driver. I needed something to cover me and the car whilst I’m preparing myself to pass my driving test. The insurance was cheaper than I thought. Also when I got a new, it took me less than 5 minutes to add the new car in my assurance. Also the customer service is so understanding and extra nice. They provide solution

I didn't know much about car insurance here, the admiral personal gave me more then I expected. I didn't overcharged and they help me for getting best price. Very good and cheap
