Borderline Perfect

As a young driver, all insurance premiums are going to be higher than average, nothing can be done it’s just a fact to swallow. However last year for the first time I was able to drive without a black box, therefore was able to drive without a curfew, so finally I had the freedom to drive my own car courtesy of a very reasonable quote from admiral. When the renewal came around I was hoping to pay 10% less than what I paid last year, as it would have another years driving experience and thankfully another years no claims, however I was displeased to find that my premium was actually increased. I ran a few other quotes from companies and unsurprisingly found a cheaper deal than my offered renewal, so I rang admirals renewal department and spoke to a lovely polite gentlemen who explained that my quote was a bit high and was not a fair price, 5 minutes later, the same employee had managed to scrape off over £120 off the premium and allowed me to push back the payment date to a date that suited me. So the only reason I gave a 9 was because of the renewal, but I’d of given 100 for the employee involved in helping me stay with admiral! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Very accessible
