Hundred percent efficiency

They are very effective, efficient and will set you up straight away any problems you have perfect! In summary, all the customer care at the helpdesk are very friendly and helpful. Their app is very user-friendly and very easy to understand. With a 24 hour service you can always rely on Admiral employees to help with any issues on a case by case customer. I would recommend this car insurance to anyone, especially first time people looking for insurance. As they provide a niche package deal for each individual and what they would like to ensure. Excellent Service

Involve in an accident years ago when insured with Admiral, and even it was both parties fault, they gave an excellent customer service and ensure I had a courtesy car when having our car at the garage for repairs. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2022
