Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Quality customer experience

I originally went to Admiral for competitive price but they have been helpful in other areas too. A stonechipped windscreen claim was processed in a couple of days and I was able to negotiate some savings when I moved to multicar insurance. If I were to have any criticisms it would be that the phone number could be clearer on the website and when I do call the hold times could be shorter. Also I think charges to adjust minor things on a policy (like a birth date a sales rep entered incorrectly) should not have a fee - especially as I can change there in seconds myself online. Straightforward Insurance
