The best deal ever

I have been with admiral for 2 years. My insurance expired this year and was quoted a higher rate. I card them and told them of the other deals available to me and they made sure they went through my application with me and updated it with my current circumstances. The price was sooo good and saved me so much money especially this year. Thank you for educating me in looking at simple things within an application that could potentially change the price. Super helpful and willing to find a solution

I recently had to arrange a tricky hand-over of cars owing to my father's recent death. I spoke to a lady named Kirsty who was sympathetic, extremely helpful and polite and went above and beyond my expectations to help me resolve my issue. RENEWAL

Few issues getting through to the correct department-phone diverts elsewhere if not answered by set time. However when you get through customer service is good. Spoke to Alex really helpful with my renewal quote able to price match, great service, everything was clearly explained. Reviewed on: 21st August 2022
