Always Admiral

I've got two policies from Admiral for my car and travel insurance. Through no fault of my own, I was in a crash in 2020 and had a very seamless experience with the claim team. The team were super nice and very clear on what documents were required of me and processed my claim so quickly. After being in an accident and having to sort out so many things, it was refreshing that this experience was so easy. More recently, we had a last minute flight cancellation which resulted in extra days abroad. Yet again, claiming through Admiral was simple. Lastly, when getting my yearly renewal their customer service is always exemplary so I will always continue to be a customer of Admirals and recommend to family and friends. Easy

No hassle. Easy to buy insurance, easy annual renewals and access to everything you could possible need through the app. I recently had to add a temporary vehicle to my insurance, it cost 1/5 of the price of anywhere else and I didn’t even need to call to do it, just added it via the app and the small fee is now split until the end of my year agreement.
