Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Friendly service and competitive prices

I have been an Admiral customer for a few years, and continue to be very happy with both the friendly and efficient service, and their competitive prices. Competitive pricing, top quality customer sevice

Each year I shop around for my car insurance, but Admiral is always ultra competitive with their pricing. I often make amendments to my policy throughout the year and it is simple to do online, but if I do ever need to speak to someone in person they are always super helpful.
