Helpful, understanding and wonderfully friendly

I lost my grandparents during the pandemic and had to travel across country with my sister to organize affairs. When speaking to the change policy service, they were understanding, allowed me to change my insurance at a low cost so I could car pool the journey and helped organize breakdown service just in case. they were calm during my emotional time, understanding of the urgency and even gave a follow up email of details so I wouldn't have to remember during an already stressful period.
