Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best provider for car insurance!

Admiral was by far the best deal of car insurance I found. The customer service is great and when it came to renewal, Admiral could not be beaten, I had to stick with them. My windscreen cracked earlier in the year and I followed the easy step by step process on their app to arrange a replacement at a great price and fantastic service from their chosen replacement provider autoglass.
