My husband died

My husband passed away and I needed to sort out his car insurance. The phone was answered quickly and I was put straight through to a wonderful lady who explained what needed to be done and adviced the best course of action which she carried out with compassion did everything for me nothing was to much trouble. Very good for new drivers

Admiral Review

I have been with Admiral for a few years now on and off but more recently have consistently used them as my car insurance provider. The website is really useful to use with easy access to important documents and allows you to make changes to your policy online with ease, without having to contact customer services. Whenever I have had to contact customer services however, they are always really polite and help with my queries to the best of their ability whilst trying to offer the best quality service at best price possible. They have matched competitors quotations before and have even looked into ways to reduce my policy even further than originally quoted.
