Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Hassle free, good prices and easy to do.

We've been with admiral for 2 years now on a multi-car policy and recently decided to stay with them as the prices are excellent and we have never had a problem. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Great company!

Been with Admiral since my first car back in 2017. They are always efficient and the chat works great for me because at home I don't have a good reception so I can talk to the over Internet.
