Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

The best insurance provider

I have an admiral multicar insurance policy and I can’t fault admiral at all! It is so easy and they have always been so helpful. I have added , changed and removed vehicles whilst on this policy and it has been the smoothest process and the staff are very attentive and helpful. I cannot fault this provider. Helpful, flexible staff

Staff were helpful & talked me through the different options I could play around with to reduce my premium whilst still ensuring I had all the things I need on the joint car & home policy. They even suggested I could ask my parents to join up policies but this wasn't possible. I've been with Admiral for 5 years, they are usually one of if not the cheapest on comparison websites, they've upgraded their online portal to make it easier to make changes & gave everyone a £25 rebate during the pandemic. No hassle claims

I had a bump in a car park. The person made a claim on my insurance I didn't even need to speak to anyone!! Literally a letter in the post signed it, sent it back!! Job done ✔️ perfect Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
