Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great family insurance - competitive rates

Great insurance company

I changed over to admiral car insurance 2 years ago. I recently re-insured my car with them again this year. Both processes were very easy and quick and also was the best reasonable price for car insurance. I would highly recommend insuring with admiral. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

No issues with policy

Never had any issues with Admiral directly, paperwork and renewal always very straightforward and they've always been able to give me a good deal as a long term customer. Only ever issue I've had is with the roadside assistance but that was due to issues with the AA and not the insurers directly! Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Very quick, easy and economical insurance

I decided to change my insurance provider for my second year of driving and I am not disappointed. I get regular emails with regards to my driving score from my plug and drive device and my yearly rate I felt was justified and reasonable for the length of time I have been driving and considering my no claims bonus.
