Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Hands down he best insurance group there is.

Admiral are fantastic to deal with, Firstly, They actually answer the phone. No half hour on hold. They always offer discounts and deals for thier customers. i had an accident back in 2020 and admiral were amazing, sorted everything out without a single problem for a courtesy car, explaining how to go forward with paryment for damages and the best way to keep my insurance so I did not have a cancelled policy marker on my name due to a write off. Nothing is too much for them, I Will certainly be sticking to admiral for car (and Pet) insurance due to their amazing services! Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
