Brilliant value for moneg

I’ve always found Admiral offer the most service for the best price. The added extras, as well as not increasing the price as much as other providers, made me stay with them another year. Luckily, I haven’t needed to contact the customer service for anything major, but they were ready to help when it came to changing my number plate. Would highly recommend! I find Admiral very easy to deal with and you have so many ways to contact them. Compared to all the other car insurance companies they were the best value for money and much lower than other companies. Although all car insurance is far to expensive and I don't buy the excuses they give. Very good experience with Admiral over the years.

Very good experience with Admiral over the years. They are very professional, and if you had an accident they will make things as smooth as possible, taking away your stress about it. You can have an account setup online where you can see your insurances and add/update any details which I find easier than doing that over the phone. Reviewed on: 7th September 2025

Easy to use online services, app is great too...

Easy to use online services, app is great for keeping info with me at all times. When I had an issue or wanted to alter the policy their customer service team have been brilliant I’d highly recommend them. We have multi car policy with them and also our home insurance. Designed and Built to Scam

It seems that Admiral is deliberately set up as multiple subsidiaries so they can each blame each other and leave you stuck in the middle with no resolution in sight. They also seem to deliberately drag their feet and make any claim deliberately hard work so you give up and leave them holding the cash. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025
