Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Quick hassle-free customer service

Admiral have been really helpful to deal with when someone damaged my car when it was parked and left their contact details. They dealt with all the different parties to arrange repair and replacement hire car, and also helped sort out problems at short notice on a weekend when the hire car had tyre problems. They aim to take all the stress out of an already stressful situation, and it’s very much appreciated. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
