Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent company

What a pleasure it has been to have this insurance company. It is so easy to navigate and the app makes any changes to your policy so quick and easy to do. If contacting by phone always very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Best Insurance Company!

I’ve been on the road for 5 years and always had Admiral as my insurance provider. They have been fantastic with me from being a first time driver and always had very reasonable prices! Good insurance company!

Haven't been with admirals terribly long yet I've had to call a few times each time the customer service team where extremely kinda and courteous. Unlike other insurers I'd been with they hadn't tried to sell me little services I had no need for etc. Overall I'd recommend them heavily and I've enjoyed being with them.
