Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

I would highly recommend admiral to anyone

My experience with admiral has been best I have when coming to insurance. The app is very easy to use and convenient. You can go on and make changes whenever you like. If you don’t use the app the staff on the phone are so helpful and nice and will do the best to get a query done and keep you happy through it all. I would highly recommend. Customer service is brilliant.

The renewal quotation I was offered was too high and not affordable. However when I ranga Admiral they quickly offered me an affordable qoute which I quickly accepted. Great provider

I haven't had a single issue with Admiral being a provider, have always offered great service. The only problem is their app which sometimes crashes and I can't seem to open my documents sometimes. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Cheap, no problems

As a young driver insurance is high, thankfully admiral recognise that just because I’m young I’m not incompetent behind the wheel and the price is slashed year on year. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Highly affordable
