Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Price

My car insurance is fine but it’s very expensive about £25 more than I was paying for the same car with no claims bonus. So I will be finding a cheaper deal as so as I can. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Great company

Admiral is a great car insurance company that gives you a newsletter every month to let you know what’s going on and they are easy to talk to on the phone. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Smooth & seamless

Switching to Admiral was so easy , the guy we spoke to was extremely helpful explaining the process all the way through , he made me feel like I was very important , but also felt I had received a very competitive deal & would throughly recommend admiral to all my friends .
