Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admiral: Easy, Helpful & Affordable

Easily changed my insurance from another provider to admiral, as they could offer me the except same coverage but save me over £50! With the cost of living rising every month this was a great help and benefit! It was so easy to choose the type of cover I wanted and to read in detail the T&Cs. Great customer service

Admiral is always easily contactable by phone or online chat. I have stuck with them for over 3 years now and have had to make a change of vehicle which was easy to do online. When renewal quotes have been too high I have contacted them via phone and they have always then been able to offer me a better deal. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
