Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Very efficient and caring

I got onto Admiral car insurance by chance and never looked back. The service is one of a kind not to mention. The annual insurance rate is very low especially for new drivers on the road. Which was budget friendly for me. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Great choice for car insurance

I had an issue with my policy automatically renewing earlier this year. I had found another policy that was cheaper but then Admiral auto-renewed my policy with them. Once I spoke to someone from the customer service team I was able to keep my renewal with Admiral but at even less than the cost of the other company I had found.
