Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best for starters

I have been with admiral from the start when I was a learner and they have always been helpful with questions and quotes and best for starter drivers! I found when speaking to advisors on admiral they were able to answer all our silly questions since we were first time buyers and help us through the entire process. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Quick, easy and polices that are understandable

I used a comparison site to see that Admiral were offering the best value for money. I liked that there is more than one service level so you can decide when considering your personal needs.
