Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy to manage, great customer service.

Admiral have never let me down - decent prices and always easy to manage my cover. Customer service is great too - no problem is too big for them and they always manage to sort something out for me. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great Provider

I have only been with Admiral since January of this year as this is my first year driving and was the most affordable too. The benefits of the insurance are great during the policy too. The customer service is also easy to access. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Hassle-free insurance!

I haven't had to make any claims so can only review applying for and renewing insurance. I was able to do everything online very easily and renewing/updating details via the app was remarkably straightforward. Would definitely recommend for hassle-free insurance! Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
