Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Professional and very helpful

I have not used Admiral before but after searching the website I decided to go ahead. The advisor was so helpful…. I wanted to add breakdown recovery but couldn’t the option to proceed! I rang Admiral and the agent did all the add ins I wanted for me , gave me all the options I needed to make sure the cover was exactly what I needed!! The breakdown cover is with the AA which I was really happy with as I have tried cheaper breakdown companies but have never been happy with the service!
