Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy and helpful

I have been with admiral for a few years now they have always been happy to match my policy amount to other providers and we’re very helpful on the phone when I had to change my vehicle half way through my policy Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Generally very good.

Policy changes

I wanted to add another vehicle and amend some details on my policy. I was helped by a very kind and respectful person who guided me online and over the telephone to achieve what I wanted. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent and professional conduct and would recommend Admiral to all of my family and friends based on my experience.
