Received insurance renewal, rang to see if they could give a better quote after a chat they came up with much better offer. Great customer service, and documents are well laid out

Multi policy documents are well laid out and easy to understand. Customer services are easy to access, a real person is available to speak to and they are always very professional and helpful. Unfortunately I don’t recommend anything to anyone, that’s the only reason I’ve scored ‘0’ for that. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
