Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Good value

One of the cheaper car insurers, the online portal makes it easy to switch between cars when leasing, which is nice. Was shocked when renewal price proposed was 20% higher after increasing no claims bonus and then told when chasing up via phone that they were holding an available discount on my account, seems dishonest somewhat. Review to enter prize draw

I’ve no idea if this insurance is any good as I’ve not needed to use it. Only left a review to enter a prize draw to win £1000. It’s could be utter crap but it was cheapest on the price comparison site. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
