Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Amazing

Very helpful. I had to change the car after 5 days I bought the insurance. They were very patient and very helpful. Didn't charge me a fortune for the changes I did like other companies. I will definitely use Admiral again and again even if is £50 more than others because is worthy. All going quick and very professional. Definitely will use again.
