Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Pretty nice actually

When I was in an accident, they were very helpful with my claim and did a lot to help me with the process. Overall they have been great and I would recommend them to family and friends and even people I don’t know. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Brilliant customer service

I renewed my policy and asked to change some of my details .. the girl I spoke to was genuinely lovely to speak to .. she even managed to reduce my policy with loyalty points .. really easy to contact customer service and even better when you speak to someone who is helpful and knowledgeable .. thank you Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Beyond incredible

Admiral have competitive pricing, which is fantastic for me as a young mother and our country’s current crisis, they are generous and do not only look out for themselves - they sent each of their customers £25 back during the COVID-19 lockdown as there weren’t so many people driving or making claims. I have been a customer of Admiral ever since I passed my driving test, and I never plan on changing. They offer me service I couldn’t get anywhere else. Fairly priced and just what you need.

Car insurance provider of the year

I phoned Admiral with regards to my car insurance quote which they then took me through the policy and I was able to save some money on my car insurance which was so helpful in these trying times which we are currently experiencing.
