Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great value and very easy to deal with online

I'm a first time car insurance customer of Admiral having moved over from Aviva due to the renewal price. Setting up a multicar policy was very simple online and the policy cover seemed very comparable. I was very grateful of the European cover which seemed much better value than other insurance providers. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Easy to navigate and straight forward
