Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Brilliant when I was in crisis

Was a victim in a crash recently that wasn't my fault and after ringing insurers they reassured me and were so helpful which calmed me down. A hire car was promptly arranged, like for like and every stage of the process has been clear and updated regularly. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
